Abstract

This research identified ways to provide access to rights viable through document regularization for Venezuelan migrants who were relocated by Operação Acolhida in the town of Cascavel, in Paraná. The proposed objective aims to answer the extent to which civil, political and social rights have been accessed by migrants, as well as the main obstacles faced in obtaining and regularizing documents by the Brazilian State. Understanding the dynamics of public services focused on migration at the Federal, State and Municipal levels made it possible to define strategies with the intention of resolving the aforementioned demands. Using the information obtained, an instructional booklet in Spanish was prepared containing instructions for accessing rights, indicating the public institutions responsible for preparing the main Brazilian documents. The research has the participation of two groups: the first group of so- called facilitators, made up of people involved in the process of integration and document regularization of Venezuelan migrants, and the second group made up of Venezuelan migrants, both characterized in the methodology section. The methodologies used were the social impact procedure, action research, incomplete inductive approach methodology and the technique of direct documentary research and secondary sources. As the object of study, semi-structured interviews were conducted, and content analysis was used to interpret the documents and materials obtained. Finally, the structure of this dissertation is divided into a table of contents, introduction, six chapters and final remarks.
