AVALIAÇÃO DA POTENCIALIDADE DE ESTRUTURAÇÃO E DE DESENVOLVIMENTO DO ARRANJO PRODUTIVO LOCAL (APL) DA INDÚSTRIA MADEIREIRA DO MUNICÍPIO DE PONTA GROSSA – PR

Abstract

This study aimed to the development of the viability valuation discussion about the use of the PPA (place productive arrangement) as an element of innovation to the administrative organization to the decadent cluster of industrial logging in the municipality of Ponta Grossa – PR. Presents a geo – historical evolution of the industry in the municipality and Paraná, a characterization in the context of the political, economic and social whith regard to timber and related elements as well as an analysis of current juncture of the crisis experienced by entrepreneurs of this industry . It makes a review of literature on the concept PPA, their characteristics, general and peculiarities, evolutionary process and ratings and its potential as an element of innovation, its relation with sustainable development and the establishment of the capital. It presents a survey of the field that shows impossible of embryo development of PPA timber in Ponta Grossa , among other reasons, lack of capital in the municipality.
