Proposta de ensino de óptica da visão para o ensino médio

Abstract

The present study presents the structuring of a didactic-pedagogical object of actions in the school environment in order to allow the student to reflect on the importance of eye health care. The main challenge was to elaborate a didactic unit containing

subsidies that strengthen scientific knowledge and its transposition in the teaching- learning process. In this case, the material refers to the curricular component of

Physics and the content of Optics of Vision. It can be that the didactic unit for teaching optics of vision, presented in this study, proved to be easy to apply, whit an objective class script and dynamic teaching methodology, with the use of resources such as case studies, learning by projects, allowing the development of individual potential through active teaching methodologies. The application of a specific questionnaire to teachers who had acces to the proposal of Didactic Unit, allowed to verify that the evaluation process arranged in the material, proves to be effective, and, consistently linked to the skills which it is intended that the sudent is developing in each activity. Because it is an unprecedented study, it required a bibliographic

deepening for the elaboration of tools and strategies in the formulation of the didactic- pedagogical structure. It is believed to be a starting point for the development of new

studies in the area and improvement of the proposals presentesd here.
