As relações étnico-raciais e o ensino de línguas: construção e análise de um instrumento para o mapeamento das leis 10.639/2003 e 11.645/2008

Abstract

This work consists of a thematic part of the project entitled “Ethnic-racial relations and language teaching: pedagogical practices and teaching materials in/in the basic education school”, having the state of Paraná as a research field. My interest in the subject was due to realizing, even if belatedly, how deficient my education was related to ethnic-racial relations, which caused me deep frustration throughout my school life. Thus, the objective ofthis research was outlined for the construction of a questionnaire as an instrument for future research with language teachers to work with Laws 10.639/2003 and 11.645/2008 in their classroom practices. For specific objectives, the study on how the Laws 10.639/2003 and 11.645/2008 were approved, the search for investigations related to ethnic-racial relations theme on Brazilian education and, to conclude, the discussion about the language teacher’s role as an educator to implement Law 10.639/2003. To carry out the research, we sought theoretical contributions from authors who discuss this topic and in official documents, CNE/CP 03/2004, Resolution 1/2004 Ferreira (2015, 2017), Cavalleiro (2003), Jovino (2013), Gomes (2003, 2012), Ferreira (2016), LDB (1996), Law 10.639/2003, Law 11.645/2008. As a methodology, the basis is qualitative, with the theoretical contribution of authors such as MINAYO (2007), Gil (2008), Marconi and Lakatos (2010), Biembengut (2000), for the elaboration and construction of the questionnaire. In the analysis, an investigation process is carried out in each part of the questionnaire, its objectives and data. To conclude, I debate the construction of a questionnaire as na instrument for future researches related to ethnic-racial relations theme on Brazilian education in a multi and interdisciplinary perspective.
