Abstract

There is limited information on the interference of products based on hormones, amino acids and micronutrients for the quality of soybean seeds, as a function of storage. Thus, the applications of liquid fertilizers based on Co, Mo and Zn nano-oxides and enriched with hydrolyzed amino acids, of Co, Mo and Zn chelates and enriched with hydrolyzed amino acids (Würzel Beste®), of the bio-stimulant Stimulate® and of the Co+Mo based product (Grap Co+Mo®) were evaluated in relation to the physical and physiological parameters of soybean seeds immediately after the application of the products and during 90 days of storage. The soybean seeds of the cultivars AS 3590 IPRO and NEO 610 received the following applications: 200 mL of Co+Mo+Znanooxides 100 kg-1 seeds; 200 mL of Würzel Beste® 100 kg-1 seeds; 250 ml of Stimulate®100 kg-1 seeds and 250 ml of Grap Co+Mo root®100 kg-1 seeds. The seeds of both cultivars were analyzed immediately after the application of the products and at 15 days, 30 days, 45 days, 60 days and 90 days of storage. To determine the quality of the seeds, germination, first count germination, seedling length, seedling dry matter mass, accelerated aging, seedling emergence, germination speed index, seedling emergence index, and water content were evaluated. The experimental design was entirely randomized, in a 5x6 factorial scheme, with four repetitions. The cultivars AS 3590 IPRO and NEO 610 IPRO presented similar results in relation to the application of micronutrients and biostimulants and the storage periods of the seeds. There was no positive interaction in relation to the application of micronutrients and biostimulants for soybean seeds, cultivars AS 3590 IPRO and NEO 610 IPRO in function of the different variables analyzed. The results of the seed evaluations of cultivars AS 3590 IPRO and NEO 610 IPRO showed an inverse correlation between the storage periods, that is, the longer the storage period, the lower the values of the variables. Thus, for seeds treated with micronutrients and biostimulants it is possible to state that the ideal period for storage is up to 15 days. The critical periods, in which significant reductions of the parameters analyzed occurred, were up to 45 days of storage for seeds of the cultivars AS 3590 IPRO and NEO 610 IPRO, because at 60 and 90 days of storage there was a reduction in the results of all variables.
