Inspeção predial da cobertura do bloco da central de salas da Universidade Estadual de Ponta Grossa: avaliação e proposta de projeto de substituição da cobertura de policarbonato e do sistema impermeabilizante

Abstract

As manifestações patológicas possuem diversas origens, sendo as principais provenientes da fase de projeto e execução, sua aparição pode afetar diversos fatores funcionais e estéticos da estrutura. Vale ressaltar que, para manter o bom funcionamento da edificação, devem ser realizadas manutenções periódicas. Um dos grandes desafios da área da construção civil é a solução de problemas de umidade, visto que ela pode agir de diversas formas. Desse modo, o presente trabalho visa o mapeamento e diagnóstico das manifestações patológicas presente na cobertura do Bloco da Central de Salas da Universidade Estadual de Ponta Grossa, a fim de entender suas origens e propor melhorias e soluções, visto que o maior problema enfrentado é a infiltração na laje. Por meio de vistorias, foi realizado o relatório através de uma tabela de diagnóstico, em seguida houve a aplicação da matriz de priorização pelo método GUT, onde notou-se que a manifestação patológica mais agravante é a infiltração. Por fim, com todos este dados, foi possível realizar a proposta do projeto de substituição do sistema impermeabilizante e da cobertura de policarbonato, visto que, após as vistorias, notou-se que necessitam de reparos.

Pathological manifestations have different origins, the main ones coming from the design and execution phase, their appearance can affect several functional and aesthetic factors of the structure. It is worth mentioning that, to maintain the proper functioning of the building, periodic maintenance must be carried out. One of the biggest challenges in the construction industry is solving humidity problems, as it can act in different ways. Therefore, the present work aims to map and diagnose the pathological manifestations present in the coverage of the Block of the Central Rooms of the State University of Ponta Grossa, in order to understand their origins and propose improvements and solutions, since the biggest problem faced is the infiltration in the slab. Through inspections, the report was carried out using a diagnostic table, then the prioritization matrix was applied using the GUT method, where it was noted that the most aggravating pathological manifestation is infiltration. Finally, with all this data, it was possible to carry out the project proposal to replace the waterproofing system and the polycarbonate covering, as, after inspections, it was noted that they needed repairs.
