Formação de facilitadores da justiça restaurativa do Tribunal de Justiça do Paraná (2015-2016): os sentidos metodológicos, éticos e teóricos expressos pelos discentes

Abstract

With the objective of know how was made the process of training of facilitators in Restorative Justice - JR promoted by the Court of Justice of Paraná - TJPR between 2015 and 2016 and its ethical, methodological and theoretical senses, an exploratory, qualitative research was carried out in order to of approaching the object, focusing on intersubjective processes and their meanings. It was used the Grouded Theory by Anselm Strauss and Juliet Corbin (2008) as method, epistemologically oriented by symbolic interactionism. Was made twelve semi-structured interviews with the people who completed the TJPR training course between 2015 and 2016, in three classes, and was made the coding stages concomitantly with the data collection. Thus, a constant comparation between the data provided new insertions in the field, constituting a significant sample and a theoretically oriented explanation. The methodological course was developed in the first chapter, followed by chapter whit the events that made contribution to the genesis of the Restourative Justice, and the projects that was classified as models, giving inspiration to the national policy. The third chapter is about the process and the forming sub-processes for the definition of the instruction, and the means of theoretichal and methodological sense that emerges from the perspective of the students. The conclusion have a delimitation of the training, that was characterized as a set of experiences, oriented theoric and metodologicaly by multiple influences of the previous formation and goals from diferents professional aproches and of the place of practice of JR after the course, based on emerging values of groups of students and methodology, tools, techniques and theoretical concepts that permeate the course through the instructors. Still, potentialities and weaknesses of the training process are verified.
