Abstract
Nonsteroidal anti-inflamm cause a lot of annoyance stomach discomforts, drowsiness andother events reported by patients taking theses drugs are caused by anti-inflammatories. The objective of this research is to obtain nanocellulose microparticles and study the release from this matrix in the incorporation of nimesulide. For this purpose microcrystalline cellulose was used. The methodology employed was mechanical defibrillation in a colloid mill, resulting in high shear and breaking and consecutive particle size reduction. Transmission electron microscopy (MET) and zeta potential (PZ) were performed. The sample was dried by spray drying, after which the physicochemical characterization of the nanocellulose powder was made. Scanning electron microscopy (MEV), X-ray diffraction (DRX). The obtained particles had nanofibrillate characteristics. The presented morphology of the sample was the nanofibrillated cellulose formation with nanometer diameter was of small cylindrical tubes and elongated length. Nanofibrillated cellulose has been found to look like webs. The X-ray diffraction results were satisfactory with peaks of 2θ approximately. There fore, the partial results of the research were obtained successfully and have adequate promising conditions for the incorporation of nimesulide and reach the purposed objectives.
