Abstract
With the aim of contributing to the teaching of the “electric field” theme, this work was dedicated to the construction of an educational product that explores the potential of electronic spreadsheets. This work involved the development, by high school students, of interactive electronic spreadsheets. The development of this Educational Product had as main objective the study of the electric field and, in parallel, to develop, in the context of Physics classes, basic computer skills and mathematical modeling. The electronic spreadsheets presented in this work have the potential to facilitate group work and, consequently, develop skills and abilities beyond the chosen topic. Lev Vygotsky's Sociointeractionist theories and David Ausubel's Meaningful Learning were explored in the pedagogical practices adopted for the application of this work. The application of this Educational Product took place in the format of a Physics Workshop and was applied in a public school in the State of Paraná, located in the south of the State, in the urban area of the municipality of Mallet (Pr). For the application of this work, 16 classes were used.
