Políticas educacionais e a diversidade sexual: qual a abordagem da educação lgbt+ nos documentos oficiais?

Abstract

O convívio entre as diversidades se faz presente durante toda a vida escolar, a partir disso, este trabalho realiza uma revisão sistemática de literatura (RSL) das produções acadêmicas que abordam as Políticas Públicas Educacionais voltadas à diversidade sexual a partir do ano de 2004, no qual houve o lançamento do Programa Brasil Sem Homofobia, que visa o combate à violência e discriminação até o ano desta publicação. Ao fim da RSL, tivemos 9 achados, entre eles: trabalhos de conclusão de curso, artigos e dissertações. Indo além da revisão, o trabalho analisa como a Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC), documento norteador da educação básica brasileira e o Currículo da Rede Estadual Paranaense (CREP), documento que coloca em prática a BNCC de acordo com as características regionais do estado do Paraná, trazem em suas competências e objetos de conhecimento a abordagem da educação sexual. Ao fim da análise, com poucos achados, percebemos que a educação básica brasileira ainda carece da temática.

--- The coexistence between diversities is present throughout school life, based on this, this work carries out a systematic literature review (RSL) of academic productions that address Public Educational Policies aimed at sexual diversity from the year 2004, in as was the launch of the Brazil Without Homophobia Program, which aims to combat violence and discrimination until the year of this publication. At the end of the RSL, we had 9 discoveries, including: course completion works, articles and dissertations. Going beyond the review, the work analyzes how the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC), a guiding document for Brazilian basic education, and the Paraná State Network Curriculum (CREP), a document that puts the BNCC into practice according to the regional characteristics of the state from Paraná, brings in its competencies and objects of knowledge the approach to sexual education. At the end of the analysis, with few findings, we realized that Brazilian basic education still lacks this topic.
