A escola unitária: educação e trabalho em Gramsci

Abstract

O presente artigo objetiva apresentar alguns conceitos sobre educação e sua relação com o trabalho, retomando algumas das formulações principais de Antonio Gramsci a respeito da sociedade civil, da relação dialética entre estrutura e superestrutura, as formulações sobre hegemonia burguesa e a conseqüente “crise de hegemonia”, a “guerra de posição”, sobre a luta pelo consenso e a importância dos intelectuais orgânicos na constituição dos sindicatos e dos partidos revolucionários de luta para a superação da sociedade capitalista. Em seguida, examina conceitos sobre a educação como dever do Estado, a proposta de Antonio Gramsci para a escola da classe trabalhadora, algumas considerações sobre a escola profissionalizante, o papel educativo dos conselhos de fábrica, como também o conceito de “escola unitária”.

The present objective article to present the concepts on the education and work, retaking some of the main formularizations of Antonio Gramsci regarding the civil society, of the relation dialectic between structure and superstructure, the formularizations on bourgeois hegemony and the consequent "crisis of hegemony", the "war of position", on the fight for the consensus and the importance of the organic intellectuals in the constitution of the unions and revolutionary parties of fight for the overcoming of the capitalist society. After that, it examines concepts on the education as to have of the State, the proposal of Gramsci for the school of the diligent classroom, some notes on the professionalizing school, the educative paper of the plant advice, as also the concept of "unitary school".
