Inspeção predial de obra pública – estudo de caso: bloco central de salas da Universidade Estadual De Ponta Grossa

Abstract

As edificações e sistemas prediais devem ser acompanhados de ações preditivas e preventivas visando seu desempenho econômico, social e ambiental adequado. O presente trabalho objetiva a inspeção predial da segunda etapa de construção do Bloco Central de Sala da Universidade Estadual de Ponta Grossa. A partir da análise das anomalias encontradas, foi utilizado o método GUT (Gravidade, Urgência e Tendência) para hierarquização das manifestações, tendo como embasamento a pesquisa já realizada na primeira parte do edifício por Ceregato (2022). Obteve-se ao fim deste trabalho, como resultado, a classificação das anomalias, sendo a maioria em revestimentos e problemas com umidade. Além das principais anomalias, foi observado quais ambientes obtiveram maiores pontuações na sua avaliação pela Matriz GUT, destacando assim a urgência de ações de reparo nestes.Buildings and building systems must be accompanied by predictive and preventive actions aimed at their proper economic, social, and environmental performance. This study aims to conduct a building inspection of the second construction phase of the Central Block of Classrooms at the State University of Ponta Grossa. Using the GUT method (Gravity, Urgency, and Tendency) for prioritizing manifestations based on the research already conducted in the first part of the building by Ceregato (2022), anomalies were analyzed and classified. The result of this work revealed that the majority of anomalies were related to coatings and moisture issues. In addition to identifying the main anomalies, the study observed which areas received higher scores in their assessment by the GUT Matrix, highlighting the urgency of repair actions in these areas.
