O estudo de gênero na Base Nacional Comum Curricular de História e no Currículo da Rede Estadual Paranaense

Abstract

The study about curriculum and History teaching in Brazil shows that there is a gap in the official documents and didactic materials available regarding gender approach, respect to diversity, the prevention and combat to violence against women and the fight for equal rights. Thus, the objective was to produce didactic material for History teaching, based on the analytical category of gender. Its specific objectives involve discussing curriculum theories; discussing the national and state curriculum documents, BNCC and CREP, respectively; discussing the relationship between

curriculum and History teaching; and conducting a critical discussion about political- ideological aspects of the curriculum and curriculum documents. A qualitative research

was undertaken, based on bibliographic reference, reading, reflection and development of History teaching didactic material, guided by the work of gender. Eight lesson plans were produced, with their teaching materials made available through this or through online access. The final material, both in the theoretical discussions and in the thematic proposals and lesson plans about women and History made available, accompanies the content document forecasts and enriches the students' repertoire. The historical memory is reconfigured, illuminating other histories that, as we have seen, are hidden in the curriculum and in the textbook of the Paraná public school today.
