A educação holandesa em Carambeí - Paraná

Abstract

Este texto busca investigar como se deu a educação holandesa em Carambeí, no período compreendido entre a criação do município, e a da 1ª escola. Também analisar a importância da religião na formação da escola, e identificar as idéias capitalistas e liberais do período republicano. Como fontes buscam-se documentos pesquisados na escola, Museus, Casa da Memória (PG), Arquivo Público do PR, e particulares, Fontes Iconográficas, Leis, Decretos, etc., Atas, projeto pedagógico da escola, e Jornais da época. Como metodologia estamos levantando e catalogando essas fontes, processo ainda em andamento. Em Carambeí a educação iniciou numa casa, que no domingo servia de igreja, e, durante a semana, de escola, mostrando a ligação entre a religião e a educação.

This text tries to investigate how the Dutch education in Carambeí happened, during the period that comprehends the creation of the city and the first school. It also seeks to analyze the importance of the religion in the formation of the school, and identify the capitalist and liberal ideas of the republican period. Documents searched in the school, Museums, Memory House (PG), Public State Archives- PR, and particular, Iconographic Sources, Laws, Decrees, etc., Acts, Pedagogical project of the school, and Periodicals of the time were used as sources for this study. As methodology we are raising and cataloguing these sources, this process is still in progress. In Carambeí the education initiated in a house that on Sunday was used as a church, and, during the week, a school, showing the link between the religion and the education.
