Armazenamento e produção de energia elétrica: uma abordagem para seu estudo no ensino médio.

Abstract

This proposal addressed the physical concepts present in the conversion between the forms of mechanical and electrical energy, as well as in some technologies used for its storage and production. To that end, a product was developed based on the theory of meaningful learning as a potentially facilitative instructional resource. From the conceptual contents, the procedures were worked through three texts used as previous organizers, which addressed the current technological stage of this type of energy conversion. Next, experiments were carried out (three in all), which aimed to familiarize and prepare students to resolve any difficulties and to answer questions raised to understand this content. The analysis of the results related to the application of this methodology was obtained by analyzing the word cloud and concept maps made by the students during the realization of the project. During the application of the product in the classroom, it was noticeable that in using both the awakening of interest and the involvement of students in the activities described. In the end, the students were able to use physical concepts for the construction of mental maps that were not previously identified in the word cloud activity, as well as the assimilation of concepts learned in previous texts during the discussion of the experiments.
