Abstract

This dissertation aims to explore the feasibility of implementing digital forms, particularly in the context of electronic legal processes, to optimize access to justice in Brazil. Seeks to answer the problem of what means and tools would be possible to optimize and improve jurisdictional efficiency, through process management and procedural innovation, aiming to create public value. It starts from the premise that, in the realm of so-called Justice 4.0, the management of procedural information and the automation of procedural routines demand detailed indexed information about claims and the documents attached to the case since the filing of the initial petition. Using a qualitative, exploratory, and translational approach to Law, this scientific study combines a literature review, indirect documentary analysis, and action research, resulting in a prototype of a digital form to be applied in Rural Old Age Pension cases at the Fourth Federal Court of the Judicial Subsection of Ponta Grossa, Brazil, state of Paraná. It is estimated that the proposed form is a suitable tool to contribute to optimizing access to justice and enhancing the perception of greater public value in the judicial service, whether through the indexing of essential information to increase procedural efficiency or its potential for replication, adaptability, and use in other units of the Brazilian Justice system. theoretical basis for other research on the topic, given the scarcity of academic- scientific productions focused mainly on procedural management, justice

management, optimization of justice, digital form and Justice 4.0. Future research may revisit the product, evaluate the result of the action, implement planned improvements, monitor, describe and reevaluate them, allowing the proposed innovation to be a constant creator of public value.
