Acessibilidade e consumo de alimentos orgânicos no município de Piraí do Sul-Pr: no ano de 2021

Abstract

O objetivo deste trabalho é compreender a acessibilidade e o consumo de produtos orgânicos no município de Piraí do Sul-PR. Para isso, foi disponibilizado um questionário via google forms, na qual abordou questões referentes à acessibilidade e ao consumo de produtos orgânicos. O mesmo contou com a participação de 349 pessoas residentes no município de Piraí do Sul, sendo que os mesmos puderam expressar e destacar suas opiniões. Para uma melhor compreensão sobre o trabalho, foi separado em três capítulos. No primeiro capítulo, é destacado sobre o processo de formação espacial e povoamento do então território que Piraí do Sul faz parte, destacando suas principais características de territorialização. Ora, no segundo capítulo, destaca sobre as particularidades do município de Piraí do Sul, na qual é discutido sobre suas características histórico-geográficas e socioeconômicas, assim fazendo uma interligação com a temática de pesquisa, sendo especificado o recorte espacial. Já no terceiro capítulo, são apresentados os resultados da pesquisa, sendo feita a discussão referente à acessibilidade e o consumo de alimentos orgânicos. Nesta perspectiva, nota-se a importância da temática abordada, visto que a procura por alimentos orgânicos vem crescendo cada vez mais, isso devido a pretensão por uma vida mais saudável. Portanto, neste quesito com um olhar amplo sobre o município, principalmente pelo olhar da população sobre os orgânicos, vê-se a importância em estudar sobre a acessibilidade e o consumo.

The objective of this work is to understand the accessibility and consumption of organic products in the municipality of Piraí do Sul-PR. For this, a questionnaire was made available via google forms, in which it addressed questions related to accessibility and consumption of organic products. The same had the participation of 349 people living in the municipality of Piraí do Sul, and they were able to express and highlight their opinions. For a better understanding of the work, it was separated into three chapters. In the first chapter, it is highlighted about the process of spatial formation and settlement of the then territory that Piraí do Sul is part of, highlighting its main territorialization characteristics. However, in the second chapter, it highlights the particularities of the municipality of Piraí do Sul, in which it is discussed about its historical-geographical and socioeconomic characteristics, thus making an interconnection with the research theme, being specified the spatial scope. In the third chapter, the results of the research are presented, and the discussion was made regarding accessibility and consumption of organic foods. In this perspective, we note the importance of the theme addressed, since the demand for organic foods is growing more and more, due to the claim for a healthier life. Therefore, in this question with a broad view of the municipality, mainly from the population's view on organics, one can see the importance of studying accessibility and consumption.
